Plan Suspension & Renewal

Precisa subscription will be suspended if renewal payment fails for three consecutive days. Users will be able to log into suspended account and view/download existing reports. But they will not be able to create or update reports.

Suspended account can be renewed within 30 days by paying the outstanding amount for prior month’s excess usage (if any) and subsequent month’s renewal fee, using “Renew subscription” link provided on Manage subscription page.
